Terms and Conditions

1. Chef and housekeeping services are available upon request. Any package that includes these services must be arranged in advance to avoid disrupting guest privacy.
2. Guests are kindly asked to place blankets, bedspreads, and towels in the laundry basket at the time of check-out.
3. Please turn off the air conditioning units when not in the villa, especially during tours or any time they are not in use.
4. A refundable $500 security deposit will be required at the time of check-in to cover any potential damages.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Smoking is not permitted on the property (vaping is allowed). A $250 USD fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
7. A waiver must be signed at the time of check-in to release liability in case of any accidents.
8. At least one guest name is required to confirm the reservation. However, the names of all guests staying at the villa must be provided.
9. The villa accommodates 8 people, with a maximum capacity of 12 guests.
10. The property owner or host reserves the right to evict any guest in the event of property damage or engagement in illegal activities.

 

Payment Methods
1. We accept payments via bank deposit. A U.S.-based bank account will be provided for payments related to any of our packages.
2. All reservations require a 50% deposit of the total amount to secure the booking and block the selected dates. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to check-in.
3. Reservation confirmations will be sent via email.
4. A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation and will be kept on file for any additional charges or potential damages.

Cancellation Policy
1. All deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to cover the villa’s operational expenses.
2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.

Refund Policy
1. A refund will only be issued in the event of the death of an immediate family member (first-degree relatives).
2. For illness-related cancellations, an official doctor’s note must be provided, signed and stamped by the attending clinic.
3. If all conditions are met, 75% of the total amount will be refunded. The remaining 25% will be retained to cover administrative costs.
